You are not required to use an agent and we are happy to assist you. Any price negotiations would have to be determined when submitting an offer.

Yes! Both floor plans have a model unit for folks to view.

- The HOA monthly fee will be $100.
- Utilities will include a monthly trash fee through the Town of Beaufort of approximately $24 (subject to change).

The Lookout floor plan is priced in the 310s (standard) and the Harbour floor plan is priced in the 370s (standard). There are several upgrade and a la carte options to choose from which would change the price.
